We have now consolidated all customer communication regarding product strategy under TCS BaNCS Dialogues, with dedicated teams across banking, capital markets and insurance, managing the program.

Finterest Group Customer Community Portal
The TCS BaNCS Customer Community, a platform for communication on Product Strategy and Viewpoints.
TCS BaNCS Product User Groups
Multilateral meetings held at five global locations on a bi-annual basis and focused around Roadmaps/Product/Market updates.
TCS BaNCS Client Working Groups
The Working Groups are virtual multilateral meetings, agreed upon at the User Groups with a specific topic and objective, in which customers and TCS BaNCS Product specialists discuss and define priorities for Product Requirements that are then set for incorporation in the product roadmap.
TCS BaNCS Operations Connect
Bilateral discussions between TCS and clients, with a primary objective of understanding the usage of the TCS BaNCS product post going operational.
