North America and Europe lead IoT adoption

North American companies will spend 0.45% of revenue this year on IoT initiatives, while European companies will spend 0.40%. These data points for Asia-Pacific and Latin American companies are 0.34% and 0.23%, respectively. This clearly shows that companies in North America and Europe are more aggressively pursuing the IoT. These companies are more frequently selling smart, connected products than their counterparts in the other two regions.
